About Me

Hello! My name is Jason Zuckerman (he/him), and I am an actor, singer, musician, and lighting designer based in Washington, D.C. I recently graduated summa cum laude from American University with my BA in Musical Theatre, where I studied performance and lighting design.

I strongly believe that collaboration and kindness are at the core of what makes art so special, and I am passionate about work that sends a message and invites conversation and change. I believe there is a reciprocal relationship between design and performance that is often under-explored and underutilized.

I was born and raised in Ridgewood, New Jersey with my twin sister Kate and my older brother Sean, both of whom I love and adore. I can often be found drinking shirley temples, eating bagels, listening to Noah Kahan, and hanging out with my goldendoodle, Charlie.
